 Will someone be there to run the photobooth?

Absolutely! We want you to have fun and enjoy whatever it is you’re celebrating, we’ll handle the booths.  There will always be minimum 1 x full time attendant at your event.

Is there a limit on how many videos/photos allowed?

Nope! Your guests can take as many snaps as they like…. the limit does not exist.

Will I get a copy of what’s captured afterwards?

You will get all the good, the bad and… the average shots. We will provide you with a full online gallery to view & download all content, within 72 hours of your event. We can also provide a hard digital copy via USB if desired.

When do I need to make payment for my booking?

A 10% deposit (non-refundable) * is required to secure your booking, and we kindly ask that the balance is paid no later than 10 days prior to your event. *We totally get it, sometimes things happen that are out of your control. Whist we cannot refund deposits for simply a change of mind, we will of course discuss a refund with you in unfortunate circumstances.

How much space does the 360 PhotoBooth need?

The minimum space required is 10ft x 10ft but we recommend a 13 x 13 area for great full-body shots.

How many people can stand on the platform?

Our 360 Booth comes in size XL.
Up to 5 people on the platform at one time

What about travel, is this included in the pricing?

Miles extra from 25 radius from our headquarters will have an extra fee.
